Roger is responsible for the Franchise leadership and stakeholder alignment necessary for sustainable and profitable business growth for our South African system.
He is tasked with nurturing and developing a strong and engaged Franchise team, delivering against our ambitious vision for growth, expansion of our consumer-centric brand portfolio, stewarding new capabilities to accelerate profitable revenue growth and driving world-class trade execution.

His most recent assignment was as General Manager, Ukraine where he focused on developing and executing a business turn-around strategy since 2014. System business achievements included the regaining of NARTD leadership driven by a 6.3 point value share gain, consistent sparkling and single serve transaction growth, record high teen brand love scores for
Prior to moving into General Management, Roger performed a number of marketing roles, starting in South Africa, as well as leading our still beverages portfolio during a time of significant innovation and growth. After South Africa, Roger moved to Kenya as the BU Marketing Director for CEWA BU and then to Dubai as BU Marketing Director for MENA BU.
Roger has a rich and diverse experience across sparkling and stills, emerging and developed markets, and marketing and franchise leadership, he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism.
Roger has recently relocated back to Johannesburg from Kiev with his wife Angela and two daughters, Gemma and Abby.
