Our Bottlers

Coca-Cola’s pervasive footprint across Sub-Saharan Africa is made possible by the commitment, passion and hard work of our bottling partners who manufacture, sell and distribute our products. It is to their credit that Coca-Cola is available ‘within an arm’s reach of desire’ to consumers everywhere, including in the remotest parts of the continent. Today, there are 59 Coca-Cola bottling partners spread across the Sub-Saharan African countries. The major bottling groups in our markets are Coca-Cola Beverages Africa, The Coca-Cola Hellenic group, BGI Group (Brasseries et Glacières Internationales), Equatorial Coca-Cola Bottling Company and Heineken. The Coca-Cola Company and its bottling partners (the Coca-Cola System) have more than 70,000 employees, making the Coca-Cola System one of the largest private sector employers of labour on the continent.
