Abby leads the strategy development for Coca–Cola in Southern and East Africa, including strategy formulation, and planning and insights processes to address key strategic corridors to deliver growth for the company in the medium and long term.

Abby’s role is to study the external geo-political environment and the bottling system requirements to access opportunities and drive key strategic projects to create solutions for opportunities or challenges across markets. She also leads the knowledge and insights function, providing superior knowledge and actionable insights that enable the company’s system competitive advantage.  Abby will also provide thought leadership on key capabilities to enhance the company’s Digital Transformation agenda.

Previously, Abby worked for The Hershey Company, where she was the Company's Senior Director for Advanced Digital Capabilities, leading a team tasked with building competitively advantaged strategic capabilities, leveraging data and emerging technologies. Prior to that, she led International Strategy, and she also worked with Heineken in Europe and with The Boston Consulting Group.

Abby loves to spend time with her husband and two sons, and is passionate about mentoring others to realize their full potential.
