She is responsible for amplifying platforms for Innovation, pursuing Venturing and Emerging Business opportunities while building a deep Merger & Acquisitions capability in the business. Cath is also responsible for managing the Still beverages portfolio including juice, water, energy, sports, ready-to-drink tea, coffee, and Glacéau vitaminwater, as well as any other categories we may pursue.

Cath joined the Coca-Cola system in 1999 at Coca-Cola SABCO Group in Port Elizabeth as the Stills/Alternative Beverages Manager. She joined The Coca-Cola Company's in Johannesburg in 2002 as Non-Carbonated Beverages Director for the then South & East Africa Division (SEAD). In this role, Cath drove the development of our Stills business across 27 countries, a role she occupied until her appointment as Stills Beverage Director and Marketing Capability Director for the Africa Group in 2005.

In 2007, Cath supported Coca-Cola Africa as Customer and Commercial Director and then as Main Market General Manager. After the reintegration of Main Market back into Franchise in 2010, Cath was appointed Performance Director and Executive Assistant to the Business Unit President for SABU where her primary responsibilities included strategic support and input, operational focus and overall business management. Most recently, Cath led Strategy & Business Planning of Coca-Cola Africa and also represented the South African Business Unit on the international Women's Leadership Council for Eurasia and Africa, which focuses on female advancement.
