She started her career as a Talent Researcher in the UK and subsequently joined Diageo in their head office in the UK as part of a Team that led the transformation of the Company’s corporate culture. She transitioned into the position of Plant HR Manager and later relocated to Lagos, Nigeria where she held a Group Resourcing role reporting into the Diageo head office with responsibility including defining innovative practices to attract and hire the very best talent across the 180 countries where Diageo was present.
In 2013, Enitan joined Lafarge-Holcim as General Manager, Human Resources based in Lagos, Nigeria and in-charge of the People agenda for a relatively large business spanning three cement manufacturing plants and over 900 employees. She was part of the business leadership team and led major people and organizational transformation to facilitate implementation of the business strategy.
Enitan’s experience spans Business Partnering, Succession Planning, Talent Management, Change Management and HR Strategy Development. She holds a Masters Degree in Human Resource from Kings College, London.
