Patricia Jemibewon is the Human Resource Director for the Coca-Cola West Africa Business Unit where she is responsible for driving the talent management and development agenda.

Patricia joined Coca-Cola in 2014 as Marketing Director for Coca-Cola Nigeria – a position she held for 4 years before transitioning to the role of Marketing Lead for the Stills beverages portfolio in the West Africa Business Unit.

Prior to joining Coca-Cola, she was Head of Innovation at Guinness Nigeria, Diageo where she was responsible for developing the Innovation pipeline as well as managing the portfolio strategy, including the development of new growth opportunities that led to significant rise in profit and equity across multiple categories. She also held various marketing roles across different categories, including launching spirits into Nigeria and heading lager and RTD brands.

Patricia is a seasoned professional with broad experience gained working across a number of leading organizations in roles of increasing responsibilities, including Brand Development Manager in Unilever (Greenwich CT); Senior Associate Brand Manager in Kraft Foods (Tarrytown, NY), and Sales Manager in Ford Motor Company, Washington DC where she started her career in the Ford College Graduate Program.

An alumna of the MCCOMBS School of Business, University of Texas where she studied Business Administration/Marketing, Patricia also obtained an MBA in Marketing and Strategic Management (Dual Major) from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
