Sarah is responsible for building a comprehensive People, Culture and Capability Plan that is aligned with the ambitious growth strategy of Coca-Cola Africa. She acts as a trusted coach and business advisor to the company’s leaders, associates, and other key stakeholders. She is also responsible for the leadership and facilitation of the development of culture and key capabilities for the organization as well as securing and maintaining a productive, diverse and engaged workforce, comprised of the best talent available in the market.

Sarah joined The Coca-Cola Company in 2013 as the Talent & Development Manager, Central, East & West Africa BU. She then moved as Talent & Development manager for West Africa BU in mid-2016.  In November 2016, she was appointed to her current role as SEABU Talent & Development Manager.

Prior to joining Coca-Cola, Sarah held the role of the Talent and Organization Development Manager at Diageo for their East Africa business.  She also has had previous experience in agency recruiting, in-house graduate recruitment as well as talent acquisition for both executive and middle management positions from her previous places of work that include Global Career Company, The Goldman Sachs Group and Diageo both in Kenya and in the United Kingdom.

Sarah is a seasoned professional with deep expertise in organization effectiveness and leadership development & coaching. She has deep passion for our continent and our people.

Sarah holds a BSc in International Business Administration from United States International University-Africa as well as an MSc in International HR Management from Cranfield School of Management. She has also completed an Executive Program in Human Resource Strategy in Transforming Organisations from London Business School.

In her spare time, Sarah enjoys to swim, trying out new recipes, reading as well as exploring different genres of music.
