The Coca-Cola Craven Week ‘Where Heroes are Made’ campaign was awarded the GOLD PRISM Award in the ‘Sponsorship’ category at the 2015 PRISM Awards held on Sunday 19th April.

Based on the insight that teens crave recognition, the “Where Heroes are Made” campaign was created and amplified through a number of public relations elements, notably the ‘Hero of the Day’ award. The campaign reached over 40,000 teens, generating media coverage to the value of over R14,000 and a return of investment of 139:1.

#RainbowNation also came in the top 5 entries for the PRISM ‘Campaign of the Year’ category. Judges had this to say about our campaign: “Good research done on influencers”, “Good combination of tactics and relevant use of communication vehicles to reach target audience”, and “A good amount of creativity reflected in the campaign and its implementation, with a clear indication of flexibility and the Wow Factor”.

The PRISM Awards are Africa's most sought after awards in the public relations industry.
