Coca-Cola South Africa has for the fourth year running clinched the top position in the M&G Top Company Reputation Index. The company also secured first place in the Beverage Category

The index assesses the reputations that companies have established with South African consumers. This year's M&G survey boasted to be the largest ever, interviewing over 3,000 respondents. The results showed that financial performance and corporate social responsibility were the values that contributed to Coca-Cola South Africa's success.

"It is an honour to have won this award, we are humbled. It shows us that keeping our consumers and the communities in which we operate as our key priorities really does pay off. Retaining our loyal customers by creating moments of happiness and optimism is what drives us every day," said Vukani Magubane, Director of Public Affairs & Communications after receiving the award.

"Corporate reputation is built on being open and offering a consistent experience that helps stakeholders fall in love with a brand. Honesty and openness, coupled with premium quality standards at all times, are important to maintain a good reputation", said Mike Ntsana, GM of Sales for M&G whilst announcing the finalists.
