Coca-Cola South Africa has ranked in the top 10 of the 2015 Top Employer certification programme in South Africa. The annual international research undertaken by the Top Employers Institute (TEI) recognises leading employers around the world setting strict criteria for consideration. The ranking is based on excellent employee conditions, nurturing and developing talent, and continuously optimising employment practices.

"We are very proud of this win especially since the criteria and processes were made more stringent this year. We utilise the Top Employers Certificate process to review and benchmark our people practices and employee conditions.

It is part of how we continually improve on being a great place to work," said Kim Magee, Director of HR for Coca-Cola South Africa, after the awards ceremony that took place at the Gallagher Estates, Midrand on 2nd October 2014.

  • Talent Strategy

  • Workforce Planning

  • On-boarding

  • Learning & Development

  • Performance Management

  • Leadership Development

  • Career & Succession Management

  • Compensation & Benefits

  • Culture

To further reinforce the validity of the process, all answers are independently audited.
